All our available kittens need a non-refundable deposit of $500. The sequence of choosing kittens is based on the time of receiving the deposit.
We will be continuously sending you photos or videos of kittens during the selection process.
To reserve your kitten, a 50% reservation fee of the total price is required, with the $500 deposit deducted from the total.
The remaining balance is required to be paid off when the kitten is ready.

Rabies shot and FVRCP vaccinations depending on the kittens age, (Typically applied to 2-3 times FVRCP for kittens.)
Spayed/neutered depending on the kittens age,
Microchipped
Health Certificate
A starter pack (food&treats, liquid, toys, and vitamins for your kitten)
1. According to the sales contract, you are eligible to return the cat to us only if a genetic disease is detected within the first 48 business hours by a licensed veterinarian. We will refund the amount paid for the kitten, but the shipping cost incurred to deliver the kitten to your location will not be refunded.
2. Furthermore, as per the sales contract, if the kitten infects with FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) or feline panleukopenia within 30 days detected by a licensed veterinarian, we will provide two options. We offer to either exchange the kitten for another one of the same price, or provide the necessary medication and professional guidance for your kitten.

We offer 4 types of delivery:
1.Delivery by plane in a cargo. Price may differ due to the distance and regulations. Please feel free to contact us before your purchase.
2.Nanny delivery. For domestic US, we offer the nanny delivery service. Our courier is flying together with a kitten caring your kitten in hands during a flight. Price varies between $500-$700 by the distance. (Exclusions may apply depends on the destination.)
3.Delivery by car. For San Francisco areas, we offer car delivery services to bring kittens directly to your home. Price varies between $150-$250 by the distance and locations.
4.Personal pickup. You are always more than welcome to pick your kitten up at our location based in Los Angelos, California. Please feel free to contact us prior to your arrival
